The Foundation of A Disciple Making Culture

To develop a lasting disciple making culture, church leaders must move beyond superficial programs and establish a firm foundation: a “CORE team”. Many church initiatives fail because they lack this structural integrity, resulting in “leaning tower” moments where efforts appear successful initially but collapse over time due to a lack of genuine, reproductive discipleship.
